Project Housing & Playground
We are excited about our partnership with Kampala Christian Orphanage and after our visit in February 2018 we noticed that the children had no where SAFE to play. They would run through the dangerous field that was full of trash, glass and other debris that is unsafe for a child. So the Holy Spirit placed it upon our hearts to create a safe environment for the children to play and bring in bikes, balls and many other items that would give them a chance of enjoying life as a kid.
On February 1, 2019 we launched the first of two fundraising campaigns in hopes to raise $4500 for housing. Once we have achieved this goal, we will then move forward with building a playground which will cost $10,000. This will enable us to build a suitable and safe playground and housing for the orphan children.
If you desire to partner with us with on our Housing & Playground project, you can do so by donating any dollar amount, playground equipment, bikes, balls or toys. We understand that this is a big undertaking and will cost a lot of money, however no amount of money can compare to the look on the face of the children when they get to slide down a slide for the first time or sleep in a house that when it rains they do not have to worry about getting wet.
