Prayer Guides

Welcome to the Prayer and Prophetic Blog page of Dr. Danielle and Power of Prayer Radio. Here you will find daily scriptures, encourging stories and rhema words that are given as we are praying. We are in great expectation of a mighty outpouring of God's presence in our city, state and nation. 2nd Chronicles 7:14-15 declares "If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land. Now My eyes will be open and My ears attentive to prayer made in this place." I believe God has chosen this place called "Bakersfield" to birth revival and an awakening that will impact our city, transform our state and shake the nations.

Our mission is to declare and release God’s word through strategic prayer initiatives and targeted intercession coupled with action to release the call to REPENT, REPAIR AND RETURN that will empower our city, impact our state and affect our nation. Our goal is to see God’s plan and purpose manifest on earth as it is in heaven through intercessory prayer. Join us as we journey on the glorious road to revival! ~ Dr. Danielle

The God who Delivers

When we plead the promises of God- God answers His promises!"

2 Corinthians 1:20

For all of God’s promises have been fulfilled in Christ with a resounding “Yes!” And through Christ, our “Amen” (which means “Yes” ascends to God for his glory. No matter how many promises God has made, they are "Yes" in Christ.

All promises are YES in Christ, but they must become AMEN through us. Amen means; it is true and certain, so be it, we are saying, "Yes before God I agree with that, I believe that to be true, I want that to be so. It is truth and verity. We must take God at His Word because His Word is true and just and we must use those promises in faith when praying. We add the AMEN with our lives because a promise means nothing if we do not claim it for ourselves.

There are over 3000 promises in the Word of God and if we if we use one promise each day it will take us 8 (eight) years to use each of the promises just once. Now if Caleb lived 40 (forty years) on one promise, how many years could we live on 3000 promises? A. Gesswein founder of Revival Prayer Fellowship said: “Promises predict the answers to prayer. They are the molds into which we pour our prayers. They foretell what to expect and they shape our praying.” The promises of God should motivate, direct and determine our prayers, because we have a promise from our Savior that says we can have whatever we ask in Jesus name and in his will. This makes our prayers and intercession POWERFUL and EFFECTIVE (1 Thessalonians 5:17) When we assume our prayer position we have a great advantage because we are praying from heaven down with the answer already before us. He promises - we believe and then we act on His Word. In this way answered prayer not only satisfies us; it delights the Heart of God by fulfilling His Own Word. And this is a most important thing with God- bringing Glory to his name!

As we pray we must go to God with His own promises. As we pray for revival, salvation, healing and restoration we must look in Scripture for God's Will and then look for any promise that connects us to the answer. When the promise is found, stand on those promises, add an AMEN and expect full manifestation. Numbers 23:19 lets us know that “God is not a man that He should lie nor a son of man that He should change His mind. Does He speak and then not act? Does He promise and not fulfill?"

Prayer is the key to Heaven, but it is faith unlocks the door. And where there is prayer, there must be faith. And where does that faith come from? From hearing...the Word of God. We must plead Scripture after Scripture, reminding God of promise after promise, pleading like a lawyer would to win his case, for God tells us to -Put me in remembrance of my word. Isaiah 43:26. As we pray during these 100 Days let us mediate, declare and proclaim the promises of God and live in the realm of expectation because He is the God that delivers.

Why Pray for Jerusalem?

1. Because praying for Jerusalem is simple obedience to the Great Commission, The Great Commission proclaims that we would be a witness unto Him in Jerusalem, Judea and Samaria.

2. Because praying for the peace of Jerusalem is sharing God's love and compassion. Matthew 15:16: "Let your light so shine before men that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven."

3. For revival in the nation of Israel and the world. The church was birthed in the Book of Acts. During the message preached by Peter, he prophesied in Acts 3:19 that a time of refreshing would come from the presence of the Lord, and then Jesus Christ would return. That time of refreshing from the presence of the Lord (revival) will impact the nation of Israel; Arab and Jew alike (reconciliation), and will usher in the return of our Lord.

PRAY FOR THE PEACE OF JERUSALEM!

Prayer No. 1

Father God, remove the veil You have sovereignly placed over the eyes of Israel, that they would recognize Jesus as their Messiah. (2 Corinthians 3:14)

Prayer No. 2

Lord, show Your mercy and favor to Israel in this set time. (Psalm 102:13)

Prayer No. 3

We pray for the current leaders in Israel, including the prime minister, the mayor of Jerusalem, and all those in military service. Raise up government leaders in Israel (and worldwide) who will not seek to "divide the land," and who would recognize the unique significance of Jerusalem in God's end-time purposes.

Prayer No. 4

He who scattered Israel will gather him, and will keep him as a shepherd keeps his flock. (Jeremiah 31:10) Father, continue to draw the Jewish people to You according to Your sovereign plan.

Prayer No. 5

Let them all be confounded and turned back that hate Zion. Let them be as grass upon the housetops, which withers before it grows up. (Psalm 129:5-6) Lord, deal justly and swiftly with Your enemies.

Prayer No. 6

Destroy and divide the tongues of those who would incite violence against Israel. (Psalm 55:9) In the name of Jesus, we bind every false religion and false doctrine that does not acknowledge Your eternal plan for the land and people of Israel

Prayer No. 7

The scepter of the wicked will not remain over the land allotted to the righteous. (Psalm 125:3) Father, break the strongholds of religion, pride and wickedness that seek to control Israel.

Prayer No. 8

The Lord will not forsake His people for His great name's sake, because it has pleased the Lord to make Israel His people. (1 Samuel 12:22) Use us to help others understand Your plan for Israel and Your love for the Jewish people.

Prayer No. 9

The Lord brings the counsel of the nations to nothing; He makes their plans of no effect. (Psalm 33:10) We declare that God's purposes for Israel will be completely fulfilled and that He will be glorified.

Prayer No. 10

Show Your lovingkindness to Your people Israel and keep them as the apple of Your eye. Hide them under the shadow of Your wings, from the wicked who oppress them, from their deadly enemies who surround them. (Psalm 17:7-9)

Prayer No. 11

We pray that You would remember your covenants and promises towards Israel, especially when others rise up against her toswallow her alive. When their wrath is kindled against her, the waters will not overwhelm her. God will not give her as prey to their teeth. (Psalm 124)

Prayer No. 12

Sanctify Your great name which has been profaned among the nations, which has been profaned in the midst of Israel. That nations shall know that the Lord is God, when He is sanctified in Israel before their eyes. Sprinkle the clean water of Your Word on Israel and cleanse her from her filthiness and from all her idols, including abortion and the occult. Give Israel a new heart, and put a new spirit within her. Remove her heart of stone and give her a heart of flesh that can respond to the Holy Spirit, and cause her to walk in Your statutes, keep Your commandments and do them. (Ezekiel 36:23-27)

Prayer No. 13

Cause the church to fulfill its commission to preach the Gospel to the whole world, so the full number of the Gentiles would come into the Kingdom. Then all Israel will be saved. (Romans 11:25-26)

Prayer No. 14

We pray for the peace of Jerusalem (Psalm 122:6) and for it to remain Israel's undivided capital.

Prayer No. 16

We pray for a spirit of unity-for peace between religious and secular Jews, for peace to exist between believers in the land.

Prayer No. 17

We pray for the body of Messiah in Israel to become a praying, maturing body. We pray that this body would allow the love and compassion of Yeshua to flow through them and touch everyone they encounter.

Prayer No. 18

Raise up intercessors for Israel. Put more watchmen on the walls of Jerusalem, who would give You no peace day or night until You establish Jerusalem and make her the praise of the earth. (Isaiah 62:6-7).

Father, bring glory to Your name through the mercy You show to the land. Bring the necessary seasonal rain upon the country. Cause the crops to be bountiful.

Prayer No. 23

We pray that, in the midst of the pressures, the people of Israel will turn to You, God. We pray that You will hear the heart cries of people in this land and have mercy. As it says in Isaiah 30:19, "You shall weep no more. He will be very gracious to you at the sound of your cry. When He hears it, He will answer."

Prayer No. 24

Pour out Your Spirit upon the people of Israel-especially upon the young people so that your works can be declared to future generations.

Prayer No. 27

Turn the hearts of the people of Israel to trust in the name of the Lord for deliverance-not in the "chariots and horses" of their military might. (Zechariah 4:6)

Prayer No. 28

God, raise up elders and young leaders to teach and train the new generation of Israelis who are coming to faith in the Messiah

Prayer No. 29

We pray that the Palestinian Arabs will come to faith in Christ and embrace God's end-time purpose for Israel; send forth laborers to bring in the appointed harvest from the whole of the Middle East.

Prayer No. 30

May Israel's relationship with the United States be strong, and may our nation-and especially young believers-recognize and support God's purposes for Israel.
